The Retreat at Urban Plains Expansion

Construction continues on the expansion at The Retreat, located in South Fargo’s Urban Plains development. The community will soon include three additional apartment buildings and a new 4,500 square foot clubhouse designed to maximize enjoyment for all residents at both The Retreat and its neighboring community, Encore Apartments.

Each apartment home will feature a variety of conveniences including access to heated enclosed parking, quartz countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, 9-foot ceilings, central air and stainless steel appliances. The handpicked finishes feature a calming palette with upgraded painted cabinetry and wood-inspired flooring.
