Lux Communities Is Now Enclave Property Management

Lux Communities, an Enclave Company, will be changing its name to Enclave Property Management. Specializing in development and construction, the founders of Enclave started Lux Communities in 2012, a year after Enclave’s inception in 2011. As the parent company, Enclave has developed and built nearly every property managed by Lux Communities today.

“As a fully integrated company with a shared set of values, the name change provides unification to our cross-functional development, construction and management teams,” said President of Property Management, Donna Block. “Being one team with one name brings added alignment that best supports our plans for continued growth and desire to create spaces that inspire people to do their best work and live their best life.”

Enclave’s property management team oversees more than 2,500 apartment homes and a number of commercial properties, a portfolio that continues to grow with Enclave leading the development and construction of multi-family, mixed-use, commercial and industrial projects across the upper-midwest, including a number of active projects in the Twin Cities metro.

The announcement comes on the heels of the companies’ move to their new home office, 300 Enclave, in West Fargo at 300 23rd Ave E.
