Application Fees

We screen all of our applicants and as such, charge an application fee to cover costs associated with background checks. These costs vary by state, which is why our application fees may differ from state-to-state.

The days of your security deposit money being tied up in a security deposit are gone! We've partnered with Obligo, a flexible deposit alternative program that allows qualified residents to forgo an up-front security deposit.

I'm ready to apply, anything I need?

As part of the application process, you'll need to have a driver's license or government issued ID and your two most recent paystubs or other proof of income on-hand.

Please note that all applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
I’m filling out the application, do I enter my income before taxes (gross) or after taxes (net)?

You can submit the application with your income before taxes (gross).
I’m going to have roommates, how does that impact the application process?

The application will ask you if you will be living with any other individuals who are of age (18+). So we can recognize that you will be sharing a unit, please be prepared to enter their name and contact information.
I have pets, is there a pet fee and do I need to list them on my application?

We are pet pawsitive! For more information on our pet policy, click here. Please be sure to include any known pets on your application. We do require that all pet owners carry pet insurance.
